Recognising Emotions
Tyson up-chucked in his bath, then proceeded to give a huge vomit-filled grin. Erin and I both pulled “ohmygodyukkkkthat’sdisgusting” faces and immediately Tyson’s bottom lip dropped and he bawled his eyes out. Poor little bubba got very upset purely at the sight of our facial expressions. Later, we made sad faces and his bottom lip dropped immediately. Thankfully he responded quickly to our reassuring smiles with a big grin! He definitely recognises and responds to a range of different facial emotions now, so, another step in his development. I just have to add; Boy, can he drop that lip!!
Speaking of milestones, apparently he’s rolled over several times now. Typically “Come on, show Nanna”, and with much rattling toys and encouragement has failed to get him to show me his new “trick”.
